In nowadays, the myriad of social problems are caused by family issue. As a example, the teenagers will leave from house because they have argument with their parents or the parents disagree with their opinion. The teenagers feel angry and disappointed so that they leave their home stay with their friends. Therefore, we need to take some action to solve this problems such as teenagers need more communicate with their parents, spend more quality time with family members and through counseling. Firstly, good communicate between parents and teens is the very best way to preserved family units. According to a recent survey, most parents and their teens spend less than an hour a day talking to each other. It will bear up on the relationship between parents and teens. Teenagers and parents are receiving information about knowledge from movies, television, music, magazines and the Internet that give them conflicting messages. From data, rape to sexually transmitted diseases, teens’ health and safety have never been more at risk. Secondly, parents can spend more quality time with their children. During the holidays, a family can plan to go out . Such as go to picnic at beach, it will close their relationship between family units. Besides, parents also can try to stay at home when Sunday to teach their children about academic or theory . Parents also must always spend more time go to school when school have meeting PIBG or any activities if want parents to participate . Besides that, teenagers also want to listen anything about their parents say. Because all parents want their children do the best and have a good future time. Lastly, at school, teachers also have to teach students how to respect parents. Besides teaching knowledge about academic, teachers also can teach student about how to do the best when at home. Such as help mother wash the glass, help father wash the car or help sister to care the flowers. School also can do the activities to increase the relationship between parents and teens. Example activities are competition jogging ,singing and drawing that one family take part . Besides that, government also have to take part in the academic, such as educations about moral and religion. All in all, family units can be preserve though various means such as communications, spend more quality time with family and educations. So if we do the best all this step, the family problem will be decrease faster.

I agree with the statement of illegal cyber cafe mushrooming in the city need to controlled because they encourage gambling and cause social problem among teenagers. It is because this bring a many problem to school, parents and government. Teenagers always use internet in cyber cafe in the city. So many illegal cyber cafe in the city. This problems happen because of the government not control to uses the internet, parents not given full attention to their children, and the government not carry out the punishment.
Firstly, this problems happen because of the government not controlled to uses the internet by teenagers. When the government not controlled, the teenagers can download video pornography such as youtube,picture or games to gambling with their friends. When the teenagers download any video, they must share with their friends via bluetooth.This situation can cause a many social problem among teenagers.
Secondly, parents not give full attention to their children. They doesn’t spend time to their children. Because of that, the children especially the teenagers must bored and make decision to spend their time at cyber cafe and search internet. If their search the positive thing, it's ok but their like to waste their time search the negative thing such as games, video and so on.
Lastly, the government not carry out this punishment to the teenagers how make the mistake. Besides that, government has not make the punishment with overall and cause this thing issue are not serious and they not scare with the punishment.This will make illegal cyber cafes.
In conclusion, all authorities must give cooperate to solve this problems. The government must carry out the law for make sure this problems will over. Parents must take their children's and spend some time with their children to make their children will not bored and feel lonely and not waste their time with unbenefied internet access.
